Tried and Tasted Round up

I had this wonderful opportunity to host Tried and Tasted for the month of December. Thank you Zu for giving me an slot to host your event. But I apologize for the delay in my round up. I have received 21 fabulous recipes inspired from Kevin's Closet Cooking. Here are the details of the entries that I had received.

Cori Rozentale of Kitchen Mouse has sent me the Maple Pecan pie, inspired by Kevin's Maple Pecan pie
Sheila Goodman of Good looking Home cooking has cooked Sweet potato pecan pie inspired from Kevin's version.

Ivy of Kopiaste... to Greek hospitality has prepared Agginaropita (Greek Artichoke Pie) adapted from Kevin's original version.

Jessica Johnstone of Johnstone's Vin Blanc has sent her Sugar plums to the event prepared from the Kevin's recipe of Sugar plums.

Sally Newton of Bewitching Kitchen has sent me the Baked Shrimp and Feta Pasta inspired by Baked Shrimp and Feta Pasta from Kevin's space

Ksenia of Tales of a spoon has tried the Sweet potato Pie pancakes from Kevin's blog. Check out her Sweet Potato Pancakes. Also note that the logo of the event has been designed from the picture of this pancake. Thanks a ton Ksenia, for the logo.

Priya of Priya's Easy and Tasty Recipes has sent in 2 entries. First she has sent me the Creamy Zucchini Soup inspired by Kevin's Soupe a la Courgette.

Second entry is the Nutella Stuffed French toast that she tried from Kevin's space.

Ben Herrera of What's cooking has sent in the Yule cookies. She used Kevin's Shortbread recipe to make the Yule trees and the Chocolate Chunk Pecan cookies to try out her cookies.

Graziana of Erbe in cucina (Cooking with herbs) has sent her Couscous Salad with Pomegranate and Pi which she had tried from Pomegranate Pistachio Couscous of Closet Cooking.

Sweatha of Tasty Curry Leaf has tried the Sugar Plums for Christmas inspired by the Sugar plums of Closet Cooking.

Saveur of The Taste Space has participated in the event with Salmon Teriyaki Miso Soup with Udon and Spinach. This Japanese cuisine recipe has been tried from the Salmon Noodle soup of Kevin's Blog.

Sowjanya of Ruchikacooks has sent her Mango Shrikand for the event. This has been tried from the Mango shrikand of Closet cooking. Check out more ways to add more touch to serve it differently.
Lucia Borzillo of So what are you making for dinner has sent her Italian Lentil and Chestnut Stew for the event. This recipe was tried from the Italian Lentil and chestnut stew of Kevin's Closet Cooking.

Yasmeen of Health Nut has sent her Ginger bread Pancakes for the event which she has tried from Kevin's Ginger bread pancakes recipe


Ayeesha of Taste of Pearl city has tried her version of Apple and Cinnamon pancakes from the original recipe of Closet cooking

Kanchan of Personal Tadka has sent Zucchini Fritters which she tried from the Zucchini fritters recipe of Closet cooking
Faiza Ali of Faiza Ali's kitchen has sent 4 recipes for the event.

Thank you everyone who has rendered their support and entries to make this event a success. In case you have any issues or suggestion or if I had missed any one in the round up, kindly make a comment. I will do the best to look into the problem. I choose Sailus food blog as my choice. All the best for all the host who are to host the Tried and Tasted events.
